Existing products require time consuming steps in the application process which cause costly delays for the builder or developer. Our coatings can be applied directly over light to moderate contaminated surfaces without the need for time consuming cleaning or disinfecting. Although it is very efficient over heavily contaminated surfaces, some clients prefer that the discolored wood be cleaned. With the use of our products this cleaning is for aesthetic value only.
