Established in 1999 as the host of a home improvement radio show, David Billings also owns PENAMRC Design & Renovation where he focuses on long term relationships with his clients. David believes that his business client relationship should be that of a patient doctor relationship. Why is it that a doctor can maintain the same clients for years but the contractor is always chasing new clients? The answer is service and this is the basis of David’s companies.
Hosting a call in interactive radio show David receives thousands of questions ranging from roofs to foundations real estate to mortgage. But in 2002 his listeners began asking questions about mold and mildew. These questions took David on a hunt for answers that would eventually lead to the opening of MARCAS SYSTEMS (Rx-MOLD®). Rx-Mold is focuses on providing the end user with a “preventative” approach to mold problems instead of the expensive remediation practice currently used. Remediation is very destructive, time consuming and costly and in the end does not prevent the mold from returning. David’s search, lead him on a mission to find a product that would not only prevent mold but stop its reoccurrence as well as protect the client from the airborne pollutants that off gassing creates.
Working closely with a coatings company Rx-MOLD now has a product that will do exactly what David hoped it would. Structure-BLOX™, is the coating that will offer the customer a true preventative approach to the mold problem. David has also implemented other products such as Primer-BLOX™, Insul-BLOX™ and the Rx-AIRE™ machine. MARCAS SYSTEMS, Inc. has created success with its products but the bottom line is service.

What We Do
Rx-MOLD, works with the client to apply their coatings to the structure of the home or commercial building during the construction phase. Applying Structure-BLOX™ during construction (black in) provides protection to the structure from the beginning and comes with a 25 year warranty. This coating is applied by trained professionals with years of experience in the coatings industry.
Secondly the coating can be applied to existing homes in crawlspaces where mold is prevalent. Either by atomizer or professional sprayer the entire area is coated taking care of any existing mold or fungi and creating a healthier environment.
Why We Do It
Approaching 20 years in the business industry, David has acknowledged that there is a right way and wrong way in doing business. The right way is to do business according to the principles set forth by the Bible. “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. Although this is a two way street and it takes both the client and business working together to achieve a good result, the bottom line is that God never said do the right thing only when the client treats you fairly. As a Christian based corporation the principles of the Bible are shown through the actions of the company.
